The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was nice swimming pool and spa. Besides terrace dinner was available. The hotel staff was well-educated and they tried to do their best. Also hotel is located in the secure area. If you have some diplomatic business in Ankara this hotel is for you, because all the embassies are near the area.
The hotel had two main problems: Air-condition and Internet. The air-condition was very poor in the room. Besides internet connection was low. But when I asked staff to restart a modem, they done it. I also think, that price was too high for the hotel.

The rooms were fine, but too hot. There was an airco but you could not control the room temperature yourself.

The staff were amazing, always eager to help and make our romantic escape special. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. the pool area was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun.
The rooms were a little outdated and could use some refreshing. the location was a bit far from the main attractions and required a taxi ride, but the staff were helpful in arranging transportation.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. I also appreciated the fact that despite being close to a busy junction, the traffic noise was minimal due to the excellent soundproofing of the rooms. I was able to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was excellent. The location was good, relatively close to the city centre. Despite being next to a busy junction, traffic noise wasn't too bad most of the time.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great pool area and very friendly staff who were extremely helpful during our stay at this hotel. Good breakfast options and comfortable beds. The open-air pool area was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to many tourist attractions. The gym facilities were also appreciated.
The hotel felt dated. The room was not as clean as we had hoped, and the bathroom was in need of some renovation.
